A Living Tribute to First Responders in Hospice Care
The Last Ride Program

To our respected partners in public safety,

We are honored to introduce The Last Ride Program, a heartfelt initiative designed to celebrateand recognize first responders currently receiving hospice care. Through this program, we provide a ceremonial “Last Ride” as a living tribute, allowing these heroes to once again connect with the service and community they dedicated their lives to.

This is not a memorial. It is a celebration of life, gratitude, and legacy. A way to say thank you while our heroes are still with us.
